Whats with this trainer. Firstly to run a 10 y o maiden. 2 Starts in 3 days.
Clearly this mare has no interest in racing and will be better served in the paddocks.

Can't the authorities do something about this. And lastly, how can any owner support a trainer, that does great if his horses are beaten by less than 10L.

This grand OLD MARE finished 23.5 L behind today...... when did she last finish under 10 L behind the winner ?

Trainer call it a day with this one...... OWNER too. This horse is nothing but an EMBARRASEMENT to HORSE RACING in our richest racing province.

Best thing is to retire her, or try Kimberley. That the hell is wrong with this owner & trainer..... between the two of them, can't they work it out that she WILL NOT IMPROVE..... she's had enough with racing.

Some people sure have sh!t for brains & money to throw away...... month after month.

Why dont u just shut up and mind your own bussiness. Did anyone ask you to pay for this horse.If people want to throw their money away it is their prerogative.Better this horse is still being looked after and hasnt ended up in polony or viennas or any of the other horrendous fates that await a large majority of ex racehorses.And instead of being so negative why not give this trainer some horses to train and then maybe Damascus Hostess would be retired.And just for the record there are many 10 yr old horses still racing, especially overseas.

Superstar my concern is she is going so slowly that she causes interference to the other horsies. Or has a heart attack and falls on the jock.

Well she hasnt yet had a heart attack or fallen on the jockey unlike the horse on Saturday at the Vaal. So maybe u should show ur concern where it is needed. And like i said why dont people like u mind their own bussiness.....

Superstar, Horseracing is everybody's business. Our concern is the horse, not the owners nor the piece of shit trainer. Why are you defending them Neville ?

cats, when this VERY mediocre horse " runs " she deprives other - BETTER horses from participation in those races.

I have no problem with owners who have sh!t for brains, & pay training fees month after month with very little chance of a return. What puzzles me is that the TRAINER obviously feels that there still is scope for this horse & that she may even fluke a race one day.

More chance of us having a white Christmas in Joburg than that.

What is that saying bullsh!t baffles brains........ & this trainer sure has baffled this owner 100 % and with a few other horses too !
