Are these final nominations?

I would have liked to have seen Fabian Habib's colt Gimme Some Luck having a go at this one.

So is there only one Grade 1 race for 2yr old fillies in South Africa? I hope this is advertised before all the sales....

If you guys are referring to the Gold Medallion, think Rich Mans World is the one to beat, 3 from 3 and comfortable at that, one to follow until he is beaten.

I accept these are juveniles and improve at different rates, this horse has improved at an alarming rate with every run, winning margins 2.00 (1st run), 5.25 (2nd run) and 7.50 lengths (3rd run).

Hard to oppose Rich Mans World unless one in the field grows wings.

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

Speaking of the Gold Medallion, Rich Man's World's last run, bumped into another unbeaten horse, Master Magician, also unbeaten from two runs - they punted Master Magician like the result was known to beat Rich Man's World, if you look, Master Magician is not a runner in the Gold Medallion, ever wondered why?

Ill say this....

I compared HAUTE COUTURE to BUFFALO STORM CODY....madness i know:)

All I can say is the following, barring any injuries....HC could become SA's Highest Rated Horse....ever!!!! I dunno who that was? JAY PEG????  VARIETY CLUB??? In Rating he should be right up there 1day....He is bred for pure speed and his Biomechanics show that of a  Multiple GROUP 1 winner. In my Comparison with our sprinting champion HAUTE wasn't far off, infact he was VERY CLOSE. Given the improvement still to come as a 4yo and especially as a 5yo....This boy will be an absolute FREAK!!!! Goodluck beating him come saturday  I don't know the KZN runner because I don't follow KZN RACING but 1 other horse is will be watching closely is EGREMONT who will be best at 18 - 2000m but it's gonna be interesting to see him running over a tough 1200m. I can also say the same about BETTER NEVER ENDS....Who will be much better over a mile but will love this CD so early in his career.  I hope GET UP takes on the girls....although SECRETARY BIRD should show her trueself:) Add in FLOWER ISLAND and we have a Good race on our hands

All the best guys

It'll be a good race.
Definitely the highlight of the day.

Richard got off Rich Mans World last time and told the interviewer that he is the next stallion in South African racing.

I will follow until beaten.

Richard Fourie is the greatest...
