Looks a little bit wet still .... thoughts -
R1: All the money for Jimmy Vega - perhaps St John can get his string together, so maybe Berry Lancer the danger ?
R2: Double for Soma - don't think Proper will get beat; opposition looks very moderate - perhaps Emerald Countess ?
R3: Looks a bit of a competitive race - all but Fred Frizzle can win; perhaps Comic Artist (ignore last run) at the price, but the stable elect seems to be Samuel Sharpe - but he seems held by Asiah's Tiara who tries again - not easy
R4: Another competitive lot - Lady Elliot seems better over 1400, while Longsword seems better in frim going (and has a wide draw); Ada Lovelace improving while St John may be coming into some form with Spy Story - not easy again
R5: Gran Canaria has Cape form, so might be the right one; Frere Jacques looks to overcome his problems after a rest, while Oklahoma Smokeshow should be right there; Clarkson should need another run
R6: Orange County should be right there agaon, while Shoreybomba according to the stable may need another week or so; Bloomington almost 1000 days since his last win, but still seems course and distance suited
R7: Best bet imo is Bay Empire; Prophet the back-up
Enjoy

How did nobody find Stage One?
Ran 6 times only beaten an accumulated 110 lengths.
Run last 3 times out of 6 and last time only 14 lengths behind winner.
Surely that winning form was there for everyone to see.
And you know our jocks can find shit in a 7 horse field so the 4-10 shot was always gonna be on the back foot.

CLOUDS CLEARING in the last needs 1800/2000m preferably at Vaal or Standside track....but she should show improvement and should stay on late. I would like for them to give her a chance at the back to run on at them

.....not to be an ARM but I have been following this horse as it was a prior sales selection based on ped pic.... the horse clearly has issues as heavier head gear has been applied.....was hoping that it could sneak a place in the going I had it in swingers with the top 2......puke
