What's the thesis on Total Surrender? Is 1,475 not too short?

I am strong on Pomodoro's Jet:
- Crawford King at prepping horses for big races (3rd run after rest)
- 3.5 kg turnaround with Radicchio
- Middle of track was running well before it got rained out
- Zackey on board
