What a poor showing, i call deposits and only to be told that i must send proof of payment/deposit and they will arrange a refund. If i had known this was an issue, i would have deposited into my WSB account.

Requested a withdrawal on Saturday, 5th November around 5pm.

Since Tuesday, 8th November:
Multiple e-mails,
No reply.

Last turnaround time on a past e-mail sent HWHelpline was a week.

Use live chat.
40 in queue.
35 in queue.
Gets down to 5 in queue and then reconnects.
Only to start back at 40 again.

Then contact call centre lastnight.
Was told the issue will be escalated?

How do I wait a week for a withdrawal to be processed and or receive my funds?
This is not normal.
