HOW SUCCESFUL WAS THE PICK 3 BET?

This bet was not on any on-line betting site I use.
Is it only available at the track, or betting shops ?

Check the tabonline web site - they have a special box for Pick 3 dividends. Yesterday for the UK Brighton races there were some big dividends as well as three Pick 3 carry-overs. (Where to??)

The average pool size was in the region of about 20k a race for the PE meeting yesterday.

Imo having a daily dbl race 1 & 2, + a 'bookend' dbl 1xt & last race. Followed with an early pick 3 races 2 - 4, a mid-pick 3 5 - 7 & a late pick 3 - last 3 races + late daily dbl 2nd last and last race will touch all the basis and maximise said bets and opportunity.

Reasoning:

1. If your dbl goes down in the 1st - you can play the treble from 2nd race.
2. You can keep an interest thru the day with a mid-pick 3.
3. If you late pick 3 goes out 1st race - you can still play the late double.

Not forgeting the 'bookend double' - if you catch the first winner, you'll have a chance of some return at the end of the day.

Just a few thoughts on a grey day in london - lol

Just found on the tabonline web site:
"All Pick 3 carryovers will go into a Maxipool on races 6, 7 and 8 at the principal South African race meeting on the last Saturday of every month"
Should be worth looking at as I think there will quite a few carryovers emanating from the UK Pick 3s

Had two pick 3 bets today:

Won the first one: Outlay R12, payout R148.70

Lost the second one: outlay R16 payout R36

Had my best bet for the day, Hip Hop Queen a banker in the second one, and she ran second, go figure!

I thought beaten by a combination of a great ride by Fourie and a rather poor one from Roebuck

Watched the replay last night, and I could not believe that Nicky got stuck in that pocket on the rail; wheich then made him lose momentum at a critical stage when he had to switch, which cost him the race.

Fourie should of been in the SA side for Summer cup day imo.
