No matter where I go mate , ABC is and will always be home for me. I hardly post these days cause work has me tied but I pop in every now and again to catch up.

I recon if we win some hard currency we should form a betting syndicate with Scotia as the chairman. We then work out a strategt and punt. Once we grow the cash to R11 000 we should donate R10 000 to the horsecare unit and start again on R1 000. And so should it continue.

Would it not be a nice touch for horses to be winning money for other horses in need.

This is what I wanted to suggest if I ever won the Black Pearl comp but just cant seem to get there.

I am just waiting for a detailed email from the guys at Hollywood on the rules and regulations, then we can exchange thoughts and emails, plus teams etc, I have made a provisional choice of 10 players, and should be able to get back to you before the end of the day on what should be a bit fun.

The following is the procedure for registration etc.



1 All team members must register on Hollybucks.
2 To register, go to www.hollywoodbets.net and click on the Hollybucks icon on the left hand side, and follow the prompts. It’s fairly simple.
3 The competition will start on Monday 6th October, and for the first week’s competition I will require you to give me the names of each team’s competitors by 10.00am Friday 3rd Oct.
4 This is so that we can put an icon behind each competitors name: ABC for the clan and FR for the freeracers.

For the weeks thereafter, we will make it possible for you guys to add and remove the icons yourselves.
5 Team members may be replaced on a weekly basis.

6 The normal Hollybucks procedures will apply, just that the group results will be shown separately.

7 A team member may also win the ‘normal’ competition even though he/she is part of a team: this team competition will be run as a subsection of the normal Hollybucks.



We want this to be a fun competition with a positive competitive spirit. Therefore the rules regarding team membership etc are flexible and must be set by yourselves.



Regarding the weekly prize of 1000 Hollybucks, the normal Hollybucks procedure will prevail: this will have to be deposited into a nominated account at Hollywoodbets.net.
