I must admit that the state of this track worries me, and this is NOT a qualified statement but based on the fact that I have never seen so many horses 'running around' ... The first race .... juveniles, I can understand... but every race so far if you watch closely ... there are half a dozen horses wandering around the track.

Am I delusional? Or has anyone else noticed this?

Before the first race...when they showed the course...the inside track looks miles better...
