Well imo this race is one of those big anomalies - there is no way that one could use a race like this for any meaningful ratings

I doubt you can get penalized for running a place in a plate race unless the connections asks for it.

Earth Shaker should be a penalty kick when racing in its own class based on this run but is a well tried individual.
