I mailed my updated FICA documents on 15 September.......received a message that it would take 2 days.

6 November and still no reply....... HWB has very good marketing but that is where it ends

Hi. Can someone from HW PLEASE ASSIST?! My wife has an account with HW for many years which I told her to close off a long time ago because they are always full of nonsense, however she enjoys the animated and dealer games now and then.

She just tried to process a measly withdrawal today but it was rejected within minutes and the reason is: THEY WANT A SELFIE OF HER HOLDING HER ID. She was FICA'd years ago when she initially opened her account.

What Bollocks is this? She has been playing for months and losing and now that she wants to withdraw petty change, HW is making it impossible.

Thats not the point Bob. A few weeks ago they processed her withdrawal without any issues.

Apparently now, they are saying she changed her mobile number in June 2019 so that change from more than a year ago suddenly needs a selfie of her.

The issue here is the hoops and inconsistencies from HW which is hogwash.

Tbf, all bookies should require you to resend Fica when you change account details ( phone number )

Agreed, and that should happen at the time of change in account details and not a year later when a client wants to withdraw.

She has made withdrawals since then and no issues at all. Suddenly, after 16 months they are now bringing up a 2019 number change as a reason not to pay her.

Hi Press
Please can you private message me your contact details, or your wife's contact details so I can get our managers to look into this. Our team only do this if they feel they need to confirm the identity of the account holder. This is to protect the account holder. I will send you a private message now that you can respond to.
