Wonder what the Tote's explanation will be?

WTF is going on.. Never ever thought pool manipulation from the Tote's side was a possibility until this thread.

Still waiting for an answer from Tabgold about yesterdays quickmix 2 showing a wrong dividend.
Tabgold you are members here so why don't you let us know what went wrong.

I see now this pool has also been reduced by over R10 000.
In just a few days the tote has somehow managed to put two incorrect pools into the system.
How does this happen?

FYI, re Qmix 2 issue.... Apparently the issue came in where Phumelela added an 11k carryover to Qmix 1 and the system incorrectly linked the additional 11k to Qmix 2, hence the difference in payouts....

Ok that's one explanation but people have to type in the data so not sure they can blame the system for adding it to both quickmix 1 and 2.
It's human error,instead of adding to one they added to both.
What about the Kranji jackpot,they also going to blame the system?

For the number of errors that occur, this must be a really antiquated software system Perhaps they still run the 90's version of AMTOTE. With current computer hardware and sofware + auditingm the error rate should be less that 1%. Anything more is unacceptable.

Tabgold had a tabtalk option where you could speak to an admin on a forum.
They have said that it will no longer be active after the end of this month.
Some say the topics put to them are too hot to handle.
Does this sound like a organisation that is transparent in their dealings?
Customer service is even getting worse now and they wonder why punters are leaving them and opening bookmakers accounts.
