If he had a slightly better draw then at 25/1 I would be backing Lord Biddeford today

Got to think what goes on upstairs with some of these jockeys.
Copper Knight, the well backed favorite from the Easterby stable(7-2 into 13-10),gets pressure from it's stable mate,Jamie Gormley rode that one and was 16-1,only to set up the race for something coming from the back.
Gormley very unlikely to get any more rides from that stable I'm sure.
Stupidity at it's highest.

durbs have you ever ridden a horse?
Have you ever ridden a horse at full tilt?
Have you ever ridden a racehorse in a race?
if your answers for question 2 and 3 is no then please stop complaining about riders.

I don't have to have ridden a horse to see when their is pure stupidity.
Fair enough both owners want to win but seeing as you lying 1st and 2nd in the race run the race to suite both your horses and give them a chance to win not slit each others throat.
Here's what one person had to say on another forum and it's so true.....
It's irrelevant that they both want to win. The idea is that they have the opportunity to play to each others strengths - not cut each others throats. One of them has got to take a sit to give them both the best chance of winning.
And the one horse was heavily backed only for it's stable mate to mess up it's chances.
What does the trainer say to the owners who backed their horse?
Oh sorry that's horse racing?
His other horse stuffed up his chances and he gives the riding instructions.
And as for have you ever ridden a horse crap,I'm not so stupid as not to see when a bad ride is a bad ride.
Have you ever been a politician?
Have you ever been a professional football player?
I'm pretty sure you have had something to say about politicians and football players.

no but i have played football so can comment
Riding a race horse is dangerous and when people like you have a go because you lost your money then its time to stop gambling. Everyday you have a go at the jockeys.

At least not all of his rides are 2/5 like your bloke, poor conditions today and you cannot fault any of the riders as that is a tight track with what appears to be constant turns. Horses do slip and loose their footing and why flog the horse when you can see that it is beaten. Shit happens and at least he is able to fight another day.

Stars in the Night good debut at Newcastle number 1 draw trainer with a reputation of producing good sprinters. On any other going day this would be a cert for me
Rose of Kildare had a great debut run at Brighton but has an terrible draw
Gone with the favourite Full Authority and boxed forecast with the other two mentioned
