Anyway a bit of a nightmare card imo - especially the last two races, so from a punting pointing of view, maybe the weather can save us :P

R1: I do think African Rock is the right one after just getting pipped in his last start

R2: Dancing Queen should now be fitter and does not need to be at her best to win this imo - the first two races for the 'Daily Double' (friendly wave to Magi)

R3: I like two runners here; Ever Fair deserving favorite imo, with the biggest danger Magic's First; the others in the betting obviously can't be ignored

R4: Wondrous Climber seems held at the weights by a few, but won with a bit in hand last time, so not impossible that he can defy the penalty; many others looking to challenge, for me Tendre and Highlander definite contenders; I'm interested to see how Bangkok goes, blinkers come off after he set a strong gallop last time; if relaxing could make the quartet pay

R5: Not a lot between Noble Secret and Cash Time; CT finished in front of NS in the Derby and is also 1.5 kgs better off, so must be first choice; Arte to run into 3rd off a light mass

R6: Getting trickier; F&M 63, so tough to predict; word is out for African Sunbird, but I prefer the stable mate Cojimar, who looks really well in here and has a big chance imo, provide she can put her poor last run behind her; others with chances Glamorous Scandal, Live in Love, and then Angelic Appeal and Regal Girl

R7: F&M 66, so not getting any easier; I fancy a bit of David's runner Pretty Border, but she has not done well in her one go at this track - still at the odds I think worth including; Musette and Emily Hobhouse could be worth throwing in; obvious two are Kissmeinmydreams and Mattina, but I'm not so sure - only way to be sure to survive is to go FIELD

R8: If the 7th is not a FIELD race, then the 8th certainly is; first choice for me is Phillydelpia who at least is a winner over this track and trip - not sure about the lights though; the van Vuuren runners have both done well on the Greyville lights, but there are not too many who can be ignored ...

Enjoy B)

I hope you going to get the lot?

Not quite the lot, but a very nice slice of the PA :woohoo: Would have been a lot better had that bloody Rabia not decided to be the Rebel tonight
