Racing Post
Bookmakers are bracing themselves for potentially their busiest Arc day, with British superstar raiders Enable and Battaash likely to attract the lion’s share of business.
Enable, who bids for a record-breaking third consecutive win in the Qatar Prix de l’Arc de Triomphe under punters’ pal Frankie Dettori, is generally an 8-11 or 4-6 shot to make history on Sunday, while brilliant sprinter Battaash, trained by Charlie Hills, is 4-5 favourite for the Prix de l’Abbaye Longines, one of the chief support races on the Longchamp card.

They day for Enable is here....
Surely the double Enable and Battash @ 17/10 is a good thing... Cant see anything coming even close to Battash (imo, only 1 horse can give him anything to think about and Blue Point is not in this field)..

I really fancy this Scottsass... Saw a few of the wins from this horse. Effortless. Don't know how good it really is...
However, heart is always with champions. Enable to write history today!

On all known form and assessment you cannot oppose the favourite but at 8/13 you can but watch.
I believe from what I read that Ghaayiah(apologies for my spelling)has not been easy to keep in training, hence as a 4 y o he is not over raced.Apart from the German race he had good juvenile form.
At 11/1 he is an each way bet.
Considering that they have a mass of runners running regularly the Godolphin stable has gone a bit cool!

Sad for Enable did look the winner and perfectly ridden.
However a superb racehorse one of the best.
I had no idea who could be beat her but just a gut feel that something would beat her, much the same as Nijinsky .
Thats racing

Absolutely gutted. No words really and I don't want to make excuses. I hope they retire her now - that would have taken a lot out of her.
She's still the queen to me and will always be the best mare I've ever seen race.
Happy retirement Enable:P
