7 years 2 weeks ago....I see that the ex-Team Valor mare Gypsy's Warning now with Flaxman Holdings.....had her second produce... another filly win on debut in the 1st race at Longchamp yesterday....the filly named Snakeless by Animal Kingdom must have been sent to Flaxman with Barry's magic touch....Muhtiman wrote: ....I backed Study Of Man....and the owner/ breeder Flaxman Holdings Ireland is Niachos's family owned.....I think that they too have some sort of set up in Japan.....

....and back to Deep Impact.....Zippor.... George Strawbridge owned filly by Deep Impact out of a Holy Roman Emperor mare..... placed at Longchamp in a later race paying a hansom R5-80/drum....the mare was sent to Japan with a Sea The Stars cover and shuttled back with a Deep Impact....getting top Japanese sire services is a 2 way street reserved for the well connected....

Runs today in the French Derby so Deep Impact as another shot for a European Derby winner. Currently 4/1 second favorite.
The likes of Olmedo (French Guineas winner) is running, an undefeated Godolphin runner in the mix and as usual O' Brien as a quartet of runners with Rostropovich the mount of Moore.

Hmmm. I see that Study Of Man grand dam is Miesque. Miesque won numerous Group 1s and is dam of Judpot.

Thank god for Sheikh Mohammed..I think UK racing needs a healthy competition.
I was surprised to see that was Godolphins first Derby winner.O'brien and he's entourage of tax cheats win enough in my opinion.
It's the same with the NH,Good to see Mullins has some proper completion this year.
