Hi chaps, my repsonses were based on sarcastic humor. I had never seen a header like JCL had originally and I thought it very funny that someone was getting so passionate about a bookmaker. My comments were meant to be humorous and I apologize if they compounded the situation

My thought regarding Hollywood: I don’t have any online bookmaker accounts as a matter of principle - my own view is that they are all exploitative because of the amount of data they can hold about a punter. HOWEVER, from what I have witnessed on this site, Hollywood are a country mile ahead in terms of customer service and customer responsiveness. I have been impressed throughout my membership on ABC how they have always conducted their business and interaction, even in the last little while.

For me, the post was never about Hollywood, rather about humour. Again, sorry if it egged things on to a direction not good for ABC
