I can see nothing in the rules that cater for this type of thing and this will be a complete waste of time and money. If 72.1.26 is applied, this will be most foolish as the NHA will then be compelled to have a hearing for every time something like this happens. To illustrate my point, and to highlight inconsistencies, I wonder if Mr Spies will be called in for a hearing at the same time...?

Charlie Mann on Saturday admitted trainers may not make the best tipsters after he completely wrote off one of his runners as "absolutely useless" – only for it to win at 12-1.
Oregon Gift was having his first start for the trainer in a 1m4f handicap at Lingfield on Friday with only one win to his name, achieved in 2014.
In giving a comment on the horse's chances for the Lambourntrainers.com website, on which the village's trainers provide daily quotes on their runners, Mann gave a dismissive verdict on the six-year-old gelding's prospects.
"Absolutely useless," he said. "Doesn’t have any chance at all and it will be out of my yard on Saturday I think. No good, leave it alone."
Yet Oregon Gift, in first-time tongue-tie, confounded his trainer to win the race under Fran Berry, holding off Malt Teaser to win by a neck.
'It's easy this Flat game'
Mann said: "It's easy this Flat game. I thought it was no good. It's the first runner I've had on the Flat in about two years. It was a nice surprise. I'm not sure trainers are the best tipsters, as I proved yesterday.
"If anyone thinks I put them away and took 12-1, it's not the case I can assure you. I didn't think the horse was any good. I'd rode him myself last Tuesday and I didn't think his wind was great."
The win has earned Oregon Gift a longer stay at Mann's yard, with a further spin on the all-weather likely.
"He was going yesterday morning before he went to the races but we might keep him a bit longer now," Mann added.
"I didn't think he was any good myself, but it was his first run for us and the horse was better than I thought. We'll keep him on the all-weather and see if he can win again."
