Surely the client is allowed a refund of stakes which affected payouts over R1million

ie if he had taken an accumulator say 2 million to R200 he should get a refund of R100

530 multiplied by 100 = 50k

Pretty straight forward IMVHO...limits apply to all bets, and the limit was applied. Yes, the bookie could have done x and y to improve the situation, but it does not detract from the facts of the matter.

Well done to the punter on his massive windfall nonetheless :woohoo:

Since this happened in 2014 the real question is "has he put his R1m to good use". I hope it has and that it has made a major difference to him as these types of wins are quite rare.

....must have blown a few K on legal fee's....was he hoping for a bookie hating judge..... :huh:
