Simons had his whip in the correct hand whereas Zackey did not. Zackey's horse moved across and took up the running of Noceur and Simons was unable to use his whip. Hence the race should go to Noceur on objection

Never have any luck with De Melo riding Favorites when I got them in my play.Race three and race four he runs them out the money and later he will probably come in with an outsider.
