Apart from all the new cases against Van Tonder as well as the cases being built against his ex associates Andy Anderson and Paul Zietsman, we found some interesting criminal cases regarding Otto in the police archives:

PRETORIA WEST SAPS CAS 417/7/1991 -THEFT.

CULLINAN SAPS CAS 91/10/1994 - FRAUD.

SUNNYSIDE SAPS CAS 564/11/1995 - FRAUD.

It has come to light that Van Tonder has been a compulsive gambler, specifically horse racing, for many years now and that a large portion of monies services from victims through his blatant misrepresentations was spent on gambling.
