1: it takes hours to produce the ratings
2: The product that I bought into is NOT the current product. Seans constant tweaking has changed our core business
3:Claiming "big " wins on exotics is just another tipping service
4: You cannot get on these horses the claims are real BUT they are based on final dividends , most of the time you just cannot get on (again through tweaking)
5: People share log in and ultimately want this for free. Sean wants to make millions to buy a yacht
6: I did it myself over the last 2 years or so and LOST every time. When confronting Sean I would learn that another change had been made
7: At its core its brilliant BUT it needs to be a less is more business it started off as "back the greenies a place" and retire (which worked for a while but now its
" in race 5 we got the quartet straight line"
"In race 6 we got the winner but I was not a greenie it just the best average speed per m horse"
"in race 7 we got the exacta"
We went from a robust ratings business to making claims AFTER the event because they fitted the result. NO WHERE do we tell people to play quartets straight line BUT we quick to claim the "victory"

So our business is over because Sean will tell you that I have failed in marketing our product BUT I spend 1000's marketing it and even promoted it on AT The Races (live prime time racing) ultimately its too much of a salad and has become messy.

Sean will tell you I failed in vending this product BUT again the facts are that in the WhatsApp group there are 30 odd users, when challenged to pay R1500 per month and we limited the business to 60 people 3 people said yes.

People don't want to pay and I accepted this. Sean does not. I suppose thats because he is doing the ratings and they take time to do.

I am also 10 000 kms away so anyone in the Cape area that wants in should make me an offer, a bit of control over Mr Brown and it could be saved.

and last but not least like I told Sean many times.
If I want the ratings I simply pay in £40 a month and get them without the hassle of being a shareholder and far far far cheaper.

we (uk team) have been asking for financial documents for over 1 year but they just don't arrive. I have not had 1 penny return.

due to me being an arsehole in my younger days I choose to now live a life of trusting people. Im not moaning at all about Sean , It just never worked out. He lost time and I've lost money BUT with the right person in charge it has a chance

same with SOKS money sent up front with no paperwork.

Sean Brown's biggest and best quality is also his biggest failure. This translates to the following. Its like loving your child so much that you don't trust the teachers at school with your chi
lds safety. Its ok for the 1st 2 or 4 years but eventually you end up harming your child behaving this way.

As you (those have contacted me) know the ratings of the past are NOT the current ratings. When I bought in the figures were impressive and NOT DOCTORED.

I trusted Sean and bought in on a hand shake (in cyberspace) money was sent before any paperwork was done. Im cool with that.

What I did not know was Sean. His quest for perfection.
This translates to the following. We have a day with the greeniess not placing and the next day again and we go searching for the reason. That reason then translates to a change in the code. Because we then feel shyte about no greenie performance we brag about the bloody pick 6.

This business is not about gambling, its about growing bank slowly. It worked but the 200 1% changes in search for perfection mean that the original recipe is no longer the recipe and as a consequence I FAILED to market and promote the product to anyone for longer than 1 or 2 weeks.

it used to be phenomenal and it is no longer that.

I brought in a person with zero gambling experience and told them to follow the greenies as per rules and the bank disappeared. I did this 5 times. This was un heard of 4 years ago.

I hope Sean lets his child go to school.

O the joys of partnerships.... and the blame game when things are not materializing due to undisclosed / personal inadequicies.,..

Let me just state that I did not choose to do my washing out in public but this is the social platform Joao have chosen to do so and every story has 2 sides so an opinion is but just that: ...

I went into a partnership with Joao Da Mata for 2 reasons as stated on our IPUNT contract d.d. 28 July 2015

1) To "grow the client base to 125+ minimum subscribers" within 6 months and
2) to automate everything & expand to other parts of the world with a website that is brillaint, first world, functional & User friendly.

Joao purchased his share of the code for a very small amount of money ( GBP 3000-00 on inception and a further GBP3000-00 "if the client base is not grown to +125 subscribers within 6 months as per the contract (which to date I still have not received) due to my interest lying in #1 & #2 above , as well as Joao's claimed marketing skills and exposure to market worldwide on platforms such as i.e. At The races to name just one.

To put things into perspective this happened

Now don't get me wrong Joao seemed quiet a nice guy but there was just never any progress and just plenty of plans.. but end November 2016 I let Joao and his partner know that I will be finishing doing ratings at the end of March 2017 due to it just not being economically feasible as well as the non performance of #1 & #2 stated above and the pressure that the 3+ hours per meeting puts on myself and family life, especially over weekends when there is 2 meets on a Saturday (i.e 6 hours of work) ...

when 01 April arrived pulling the plug when I got threatened with my life stating "you should move" I got a bit of cold feet to be in a partnership with such, although Joao subsequently corrected me in stating that the "you should move " was because of the claimed lawyers letters that would be sent to me. Joao have also claimed that no financials have been delivered although for the duration of the agreement he has had access to the joined DROPBOX folder where everything is kept, invoices, membership subs and the code. If there was a lack of understanding of how to access or how to create the ratings I even wrote a manual with all the code in tact as well as the "Dummies guide of How to do the ratings, the manual took me teh best part of 8 hours to write.

Requesting financials for 5 subscribers and spending 3 hours per venue to do ratings for 5 subscribers did sound not worth it and strange as well due to Email servers with google and website DNS service with DNSIMPLE all being currently for my account as well as 2 employees each being paid R3000-00 a month to help out with code and general admin tasks i.e. stats , subscribers activation , marketing emails , etc. drawing up financials at this stage certainly does seem an unneccesary costs especially due to Ipunt exco meeting minutes signed on 17 Feb 2016 agreeing that " at the Point where Ipunt is a paid product it was agreed that Sean will keep existing subs revenue " The minutes also agreed the "purchase of a QA server and population of server with racing data and neccesary code to facilitate daily operations and minimize risk to the IPunt site" asap something a year later has still not materialised just to mention a few.

On the last day of March when my notice completed I got an email from Joao re. "the future of Ipunt" and in this email Joao proposing that he funds an account to the tune of R50-000 for partners benefit to punt "for personal gain" on condition that we immediately on 1 April 2017 stop the publishing of the ratings to any subscribers for ipunt or Logicfinvalue and that I "refund all current subscribers for the ratings already purchased"

Now to make a proposal of this kind surely indicates that Joao has a very big vested interest in the performance of the ratings and believes in them being very good since he wanted to have it just for us for "personal gain" , but however this proposal is unfortunately an example of how far from reality and detached from the product partners have moved not understanding the integrity of an agreement with my subscribers and the "family of subscribers" we have grown into in Ipunt ( 5 subscribers) LogicFinValue (down from 16 to 8 subscribers partly because these LFV subscribers prefers the IPUNT format) and that these subscribers ultimately proportianally funds the daily operations and salaries that is needed to run the operation monthly and a guaranteed revenue stream something that I cannot live without

In conclusion I gave notice giving up on the dream since from inception nothing have materialized as promised, perhaps not to the fault of Joao or his colleagues helping him but either or if this is the case I am just not prepared to put more and more countless hours into this partnership in excess of 30+ hours a week without a single penny remuneration foreseen when nothing that was originally in forming the agreement ever materialized since inception d.d. 04 May 2015

Now as I stated earlier I am not one that wants to wash my washing in the public so I will not make any further comments on this thread since I have stated my side of the story and these are imo the facts presented to me, Yes there is qute a bit of more work needed to complete perfecting the ratings and a difference of opinion between partners perhaps of to perfect or just let it be and countless additional hours have gone into doing so but testimony to 3 + 10/1 P6'es picked by ratings (THIS IS NOT A TIPPING SERVICE) in the last 4 days as well as a 90/1 BiPOT and 3 x 4/1+ JPOTS as well as GREENIES still consistently monthly showing a profit if keeping to the rules (BB +1,30 and other GREENIES + 1.80) it is testament that the ratings are very good but due to

1) automation never materialising as agreed and
2) lots of stress on family life especially on weekends to get things done

it does feel that I am the only one pulling the boat and subsequently with the future not seeing any gains that is primarily the reason why a decision and notice was made 4 months ago already to see if things promises materializes or whether we have to call a spade a spade and part amicably... I do choose perfection and not the easy way out .. whether that is a good or bad trait to have is of different views.... and if my current life situation does not agree to this approach then something has got to give...

That's my side of the story and all I have to say about this venture on a social platform chosen by Joao

What product is more successful?
Ipunt or logicfin.Im not talking about the exotics,what product gives more winners per race using the top selection.

it is and NEVER was about winners per race......sometimes that was a by product.


its about places at certain prices and those are a thing of the past. again confirmed to me today by paying clients the product has changed.

like Sean says I failed.....LOL
but the hundreds of people that did sign up NEVER renewed.....that is NOT a marketing / sales flaw.
