Was Tshwaro Appie going for his first win of the season on Fonteyn?Stable must of been confident as they backed it from 9-2 into 2-1 this morning but nothing went right today.Missed the break and sqeezed at the start then rushed to sit outside the leader.Not sure what else the jock could have done in that situation but he needed a win badly to get his confidence up and hopefully get some decent rides.I'm sure he used to ride some of De Kock's horses earlier on in his career and now I hardly see his name in the race card these days.
