The winner caused an interference with the 4th placed runner. And the 3rd against the fifth. I want to know why they are ignoring the other issue where the winner caused an interference?

Watching the head on the third did bump the fifth horse but the third came from behind the fifth and always looked like beating him so I'm not sure the stipes can be certain that the fifth placed horse would have beaten the third placed horse,imo it should be overruled.
