Objection Overruled, clear as daylight, given the rules of objections as they stand. Correct decision. Not sure why the fuss, seen worse not given.

The results of objections have been inconsistent for ages so I can understand peoples frustrations.

How does not objecting when you think it's warranted help though?It's like a kid holding their breath hoping to get their own way.Eventually you either gasp or die.Just stupid!

Is he not going to object if he's horse is impeded in the July?

1. Contact was nil / minimal.
2. Delpech did not stop riding.
3. Delpech' mount was already shifting towards his left, before Lerena's mount even started the shift.
4. No runner's ground was taken up.
5. Fair result.

disapointing that his yard dont give pre race comments or do interviews with tellytrack presenters after having a winner ...i hope im wrong but it seems he has blocked the press out his yard ..maybe mr bon can enlighten us

ALL THAT IS NEEDED IS CONSISTENCY !!!

Stipes should NOT know who owns ,trains or rides the horse when first reviewing film- NO BIAS

Around the country , there should be a central boardroom with the same Stipes reviewing videos - thereafter can Video call to track to deliberate with Jockey's /Trainers etc.. This will eliminate different results around the country
