One should examine how the IT providers that are working on this project have been selected?

Surely, with the size of the racing market - they could afford to carry out a properly planned transition, it just seems inexcusable -

With the amount of study time some invest in a single meeting - to be faced with a site that doesn't respond at the moment it's needed to --is just poor customer service.

I had tabonline and tabgold.I was told I had to use tabonline when P took over WC.Tabgold was not an option and I couldn't have two accounts.

It is now also over a month since I reported to Tabonline that when I used the LAST SELECTION BUTTON(or whatever it's called) to take more than 1 bet that THE SYSTEM adds random numbers to my selections.

This has not been solved and after getting getting my bets on yesterday (before the system crashed again) with the same problem happening I'm now back to sticking to bookmaker open bets.

.....have not been able to do a SID bank payment for some time now.....have to go to an agency to top up with cash.....most frustrating......

Why can we not have a service like TAB NORTH WEST again. It was a toll free betting agency and deposits and winnings were very easily processed.
Had some good winnings with this TAB TVL. agent with no hassles at all.

I dont know about that. I have 2 accounts one tabonline and one tabgold currently. I think you could have been misinformed about the accounts.
Just use the tabgold account. no issues.
