Shimmering brook - win
New predator - win
Crystal glamour - place (no way this girl is an 88)
Aldiara - win
Happy punting
I agree Crystal Glamour better that 88, but not so sure she is up around the 100's, which she needs to be to beat the top 3 - for me I think She's a Dragon was great value at around 8's, but I missed that price
HW still had her 833/100 10 mins ago

Race 7, Tony Ruffel: #3 NEW PREDATOR; classy; last start won easier than printed; on MR's best weighted by far; Gav rides; best current price 16/10 with Lance Michael.
Prosperous punting
NEW PREDATOR (striped cap) about to duel with NOAH FROM GOA (red cap) in the Dingaans:

Great pic that mac. Probably the best head to head battle we'll see this season that along with Siren's Call vs Pine princess in the oaks last year.

Five Bookmakers offering 4/1, 9/2, 7/2, 33/10 and 4/1 respectively on She's a Dragon, Hollywood priced up at 8/1 :woohoo:
Don't know for how long but what a price for a runner who should just about win it IMO.

5/1 still great value - but that won't last either, another claim inevitable

Thanks - unfortunately I have not had a bet with that establishment fro some time - so now I fund my account is 'not active' - a message to their support desk came back with plenty of 'mailbox fulls' and organization rejected your message ...........just reminded me my I stopped playing with them....
So I'll just bank it in my P6
Other thoughts on what looks a nice card..........
R2: Looks like the first timer is the business.....of the raced runners Golden Man holds both Prospectus and Ronnie Rocket........so will be my backup in the BP should the Malinga fail
R3: Seattle Surprise very short in the betting imo...............yes, improvement likely, and the rest seems moderate, but still got to make up some ground on Snowdonia, and not much between S and Shelly ........playing it safe and including all 3..........Uproar gets a tongue tie and may also improve
R4: Tough handicap to start the P6........Shimmering Brook may still be underrated as a lightly raced 4 yr old - but for me is at his correct rating, which brings the others into it.......Master Switch really had it all going for him last time, but did not deliver ..........Fah Fee his own enemy in being so consistent, so the handicapper does not drop him .......probably will place again...........roughie for me to include is American Storm, who is right on par with The Elmo Effect on their runs behind Dakiwe ....either go with the assumption that SB is improving faster than the handicapper can rate him, or go very wide....I'm going the latter route
R5: Jackpot starts with two tough races.........most of the fillies in the betting need inclusion imo.............the roughie for me is Main Sunday, who had 2 of her 3 wins at this track and has dropped a few points in the handicap and needs inclusion imo
R6: Lovely handicap, which means most have a chance

R7: Now it seems the tough races are behind us

R8: Interesting ...............on my ratings, She's a Dragon is better than a 101, so I'm taking my chances with her.............Negroamara obviously very classy, but the draw is a problem imo and also I don't think the inside track is going to suit..........Madame Dubois has the draw, but for me is a few points to high .........but must have chance ...........I think this is a test for Noor.................like her stable mate in the Tony Ruffel, may have plenty of improvement to come......she can upset............I see lots of money for Belle Sonata, but she still has lots to prove at this level imo..........for quartets I prefer the chances of Crystal Glamour
R9: One only has to do your sums to see that Aldiara is the obvious one here ....I got 22/10 earlier in the week

Enjoy

Thanks Frodo for the excellent race reviews! Much appreciated.
I know all the lads that are climbing onto Bella Sonata, stable somewhat confident of a massive run and she could be in contention, Shes a Dragon still for me though and Gavin winn steer her home confidently...
