As you can imagine, lotto fever has properly gripped all in the US. The jackpot is already exceeding $1.5 billion so I guess it will start close to $1.55 when all is said and done?
We don't have the lotto here in Nevada as the casinos don't like competition but we have all soldiered down to either Arizona or Cali to take our tickets. Myself and 27 other workmates have pooled our resources and taken some tickets. I don't play the lottery but this prize pool deserves a little tickle!
My share would be about $28 million after taxes........
It really is good for the soul to have a dream and a wish sometime :silly:

I would be in rehab after a year..
The couple in Scotland seem really nice, good luck to them.
Hibs is on he's way there now with The Shams horses for sale catalogue,I think he would make a good racing manager.

Three tickets win $1.5bn US lottery
Lottery spokesman Alex Traverso told the Associated Press that one of the winning tickets was sold at a 7-Eleven store in Chino Hills, in suburban Los Angeles.
He had no information on where in Tennessee and Florida the other winning tickets were purchased, the AP reports.
The winners can collect their winnings in annual payments over 29 years, or opt to share a lump-sum payment of $930m.
The government would also share in the big prize, however, levying a 39.6% federal income tax on the winners, plus any taxes that the winners' home states may impose.
