strange tho that Anton jumps on Roys monkey,surely he would of phoned for the ride on Blue Beach,and Alec jumps ship to Alastairs horse.

Is that reading too much into the jockey arrangements

Alec was riding Blue beach until about 11.10 on scratching's day when Alistair's horse came into his draw proviso. Stable jockey not much I could do. Alec was very disappointed as had done a lot of work on her and was confident in this race.

after your comment I suspect that the horse will now shorten/ I took 5/1
