Good to give credit where its due ,but not to lose sight that improvement should be ongoing too....................Alston stated that he thought no 13 Sir Cecil, in the 9th, would overcome its bad draw due to its excellent gatespeed ...................in spite of the fact that it has got left in 3 of its last 5 starts!!!!...........

Yeah hopefully he will improve , however 2 things off the top of my head.

They're giving their input right until the horses are beginning to load , therefore if you are waiting for bits of information one almost has no time to place a bet ??

My worst though is "the value" , this has "value" that has "value" , value doesn't happen in every race and normally if it does there might only be one or two horses indicating "value".

He's getting better every time and at least he smiles now...

Interviewing the jock after the 8th today,only having his 4th ride ,but his second winner (a strike rate of 50%!!!!!!!) and the question?................"how's it going so far"...............LOL :woohoo:

He is still very nervous but he seems to take it seriously so he may be fine....................just hope he doesn't become part of the celebrity comics club :evil:
