I disagree - he had his stick in the wrong hand and the filly ran onto the other horse away from the stick.

The runner was drawn low and drifted right across the track hindering those weakening horses.
That horse never kept a straight line
But looking at those colours it wouldn't surprise me if it was reversed

he changed the stick, but even then the contact minimal... I did not have an interest, just switched on after a day at the office... and for the record...what is the 'wrong hand'?? Errrr, before the fact?
I reckon poor decision....
