Should this not be the norm not the exception if you consider the problems we have had at many of our courses? Gambling on horses is supposed to be a game of skill - Surely managing racecourses is also reliant on skill and not a gamble?

we have lots of clouds and a light drizzle currently. Looks like a down pour is coming. . Perhaps.
