Race2: quite a few that should come on from good debuts so not an easy race. Vilakazi is the pick, provided the outside going is ok.
Race 3: Silver Banshee failed to stay 1400 last time, much better sprinting, and should e involved in finish. Aliysa's Pride is overdue a win and is selected to win. Provenance ran well last time and should not be far off again.
Race4: Stockade will not get a better chance than this to crack her maiden, and should win. Adorada and Solana have wide draws but have good scope for improvement. La Flambee has been disappointing after a good 1st run, but is a big runner on best form.
Race 5: Cape Speed looks a Derby prospect, but could still win over this 1600m. Very closely handicapped amongst the rest. Milton could be the best of them.
Race 6: Crystal Cavern has good form and is selected to win a tough contest from Gallica Rose, Acrostar and Zante. Come Fly With Me appears better over shorter, but has the class to win if staying the trip.
Race 7: Paterfamilias is the form horse and deserves to be favourite. Punta Arenas and Helderberg Blue should go into pick 6. King of Pain or Krambambuli to round off the quartet.
Race 8: Skip a Beat won well last time, and has not been unduly punished by the handicapper. Should win again today. Pick 6 banker for me - otherwise the whole field.
Race 9: Sone decent up and coming 3yos make a good contest. Speed Limit and Avail should fight it out, but many others with chances.
