Do we finally have a racing certainty tomorrow?

Race 1 Vaal, Oculus.

Saw this horse run on his debut, he was all the rage. Stood in gates, then walked out and only went down by a whisker. Surely this horse is going to be something special (and cant miss tomorrow) :cheer:

Horses that are racing certainties have a knack of missing...with the possible able assistance of a multitude of players in the industry... :whistle:

last i looked it was 13/10, no certainty according to the betting

The only race I've considered a certainty was when Jayed dropped to the maidens, MR100+ in the maidens is race over :lol:

After seeing the stride on this horse first time out, I told my old man that this is something special. Oculus will be a future champion, you heard it first on ABC!

IMO, 1/3 would be an accurate reflection of his chances tomorrow in race 1.

IMO, 1/3 would be an accurate reflection of his chances tomorrow in race 1.

I wouldn't pay 1/3 to bet on this one to jump out the gates. Could easily do what it did last time and I don't think Var's Pride will be a horse that you can't make up a 5 length deficit over 1000m, especially if he runs into traffic. It is race over if he jumps well though but would've preferred this over a bit further personally.
