My scribbles for the day ... use it don't use it
Race 1: Inquisition, Sky full of Stars & Latino Rambo all have strong claims here. The 24 July 2015 1600 run was the best Adj T/mtr and best SR in the field recorded over the last 6 days with Latino Rambo on the day the 2nd best recorded Adj T/mtr 24 July 2015, however Sky full of Stars has only had 3 runs to date and already gets the best BAMRAL (Best Average Merit rating Adjusted lengths behind) value in the field on -1.5750 and should have more scope for improvement given he has only had 3 runs to date.
INQUISITION – SKY FULL OF STARS – LATINO RAMBO – UNBROKEN

Race 2: Rockabella & Blue Dawn looks to have the best chances here but it may come as a surprise this race. Rocking Donnas 1 run to date produced the best ADj T/mtr and best Sr in the field on that one run but the jockey engagement of Teague Gold is not supporting that performance. Rockabella 17 th July 1000 run of BAMRAL -10.1875 should be good enough to win this race on that BAMRAL or be very competitive with the 2nd best BAMRAL being Blue Dawn’s 0.8750 on 3 July 1200 when Wayne Agrella was riding. Air Belle 24 July 1200 run was the 2nd best Adj T/mtr in the field when JP vd Merwe was riding and he gets the services of Muzi Yeni today . The 1st timer Natural Tan gets the services of Ntokozo Gumede (1 from 2 rides today) with the 4kg claim)
ROCKABELLA/BLUE DAWN – AIR BELLE – LOVE TO DANCE – BELLA PRINCESS – ROCKING DONNA

Race 3: Fort Ozark & Captain Slipper are the worthy top 2 in the betting. The present the best (Captain Slipper – 4.3750 – 5 June Fairview 1000 Barend Vlooh) run and well as the 2nd best (Fort Ozark – 25 May 1000 Fairview Greg Cheyne ) with Lemon Fizz the best ADj T/mtr on FW 1200 last 60 days 31 July Fairview run when K ramsamy was riding today Gift Funeka Tibet comes back 13 draw from 66 day rest and Al front unshot behind… Age of Aquarius, American Slang and Power Wind not far off on BAMRAL
FORT OZARK – CAPTAIN SLIPPER – LEMON FIZZ - AMERICAN SLANG – AGE OF AQUARIUS – POWER WIND

Race 4: Line of Fire is a worthy favorite and perhaps one of the best Bets on the card today. His 3 July 1400 run was the best BAMRAL in the field but ADj T/mtr top 2 goes to Special Effects and Zillid Warrior especially Special Effects on the 31 Juy 1200 run could prove to be a bit of a ROUGHY. Regents Agency now ridden by Funeka and Sun Flash on Appie claim are next bets with the Ford coming back from a 63 days rest if in the mood could surprise
LINE OF FIRE – REGENTS AGENCY- THE FORD – SUN FLASH – SPECIAL EFFECTS – ZILLID WARRIOR

Race 5 : Blizzard Belle (-7.3889) and House of Lorraine (-9.1389) stands out on BAMRAL Thrill factor has a tough draw but the best Adj T/mtr on the field last 60 days 22 June Fairview 1000 run with Miss Friskie 2nd best ADj T/mtr and best SR ridden by Thabana
BLIZZARD BELLE – THRILL FACOTR – HOUSE OF LORRAINE – SHAUNTREL – MISS FRISKIE – DISTILLER

Race 6: African Heritage looks to have more improvement to come after only 4 runs to date Night Fall has the best BAMRAL on the 29 May run (-10.8750) Goldiva has a bad draw but the best ADj T/mtr recorded last 60 days and Costly Romance the 2nd best . Admire the Persian has the 2nd strongest BAMRAL figure ( -9.4306)but drawn 11 Could prove to be an OPEN race
AFRICAN HERITAGE – NIGHTFALL - COSTLY ROMANCE - GOLDICOVA-MOOIMEISIEFONTEIN- SUNDAY SISTER- ADMIRE THE PERSIAN

Race 7: Rushing Elf gets a 4kg Appie Claim and is proven over longer distances with the best recorded Adj T/mtr and Sr in the last 60 days but over 3600 mtr on 26 June 2015 run The 3 July 2000 run of Strong Scent was a good BAMRAL figure recorded -7.6042 Starlight Beuty and Rare Stone BAMRAL figures are next best
RUSHING ELF – STRONG SCENT – STARLIGHT BEUTY – RARE STONE

Race 8: Translator (-7.8286) , Frederick the Fox (-5.0607 )and Orea (-7.4286) records the 3 bests BAMRALS in the field in an open encounter to find the winner. Frederick the Fox, Orea and Mulaazem records the best 3 Adj T/mtr the last 60 days Cinderfella, Frederick the Fox and Turnstone the top 3 SR’s in the field. OPEN
TRANSLATOR - FREDERICK THE FOX – WESTERN WU – TURNSTONE – OREA – STARSPANGLEDEMBLEM – MULAAZEM – NATIONAL ROAD

BB: LINE OF FIRE
VB: Translator (25/1 on Betx)

Have a great day

Good luck to those on LOF
how does form tell us the horse is fit and well budd?
my starting point is that if its entered its fit except in some instances
that's what we all like to asume buddy. Till we listen to pre race comments. Now tell me again where that is mentioned on studying form.
ok you do the grovelling then
