Don't we have people capable enough down here?

You have a commentator heavyweight in Rouvauon so Basel will be in good company if he decides to call the .........er next Met. :P

The last time a top man for racing, or Mr. Racing whatever, moved from P to Gold Circle and guess what happened? Clairwood Park got sold.

So you Kaapies better beware, The Big D may just DISAPPEAR if the script is followed to the letter as Clairwood Park did when the Hawkeye took up position in KZN. ;)

That is a bit unfair..................Graeme Hawkins is not even on the board so hard to understand how he would be responsible for the sale!
IMO one of the top guys in the industry ..............few have a better grasp of the industry and another dozen like him and we would be thriving(in fact if he was given more authority in Natal ,they would be better off)

Just one question relevant to this thread ..........have Western Cape's financials improved with the involvement of "P" ??
(most of the visible improvements seem to be driven by Hassan Adams)

Can recall in interview with The Good and a KZN trainer lamenting..................

Quote.....

"The Gold Circle CEO lacks business acumen."

To which the CEO replied...........

Quote......

" We will be investigating his conduct at board level."

Wonder if the trainer still feels the same way now? He was obviously bitter that executives were granted salary increases after the company had made a loss of R20 million.
