Hi Len,

Unfortunately the data recovery is taking way longer than we would have
liked, but it has to be done by an external company in conjunction with the
approved software supplier Turfsport.

I believe that most cash tickets have been manually checked and paid out
(I know I personally verified every winning ticket taken at any Eastern Cape
shop, and these have all been paid out), and the delay is with account bets.

The records are been reconstructed, but some still have to be resulted.

I have forwarded a copy of your statement for 12 December, and if you can
let me know what is still outstanding I will pass it on to the Betting Operations
Manager.

I can assure you we have all been working tirelessly to ensure that accurate
payments are made, and all the Gambling Boards have been informed of the
task at hand.

I still have not been paid on an internet bet that I won on 12 December 2014.

This is pathetic client service at its best.
