It looks like I may have been saved here by my staking plan. The provisional tote payout for the place bet is 1.3 which will mean a R30 profit on the place bet and a R20 loss on the win bet for a R10 profit for the day overall. 8.33% profit on the bet. Although I'm disappointing it did not win, I can't complain if my plays are profitable overall. R159972 was bet on Interbet for the win, the bookies would have loved this result. The result has just gone all clear and my profit stands. I'm getting quite hopeful about my new system and maybe I can reach my dream of finding an easy system that is profitable in the long run.

The system likes MOI POWER at Greyville tonight, should it start at less than 17/10 on the tabgold website. So I'll be keeping an eye on that one throughout the day. It's currently 15/10 but opened at 12/10 this morning, so there is a slight drift happening. Hopefully we'll see some action. At this very early stage, zero has been bet on it on Interbet, so not too much excitement there...

38 mins to the off and it's drifted to 16/10 on tabgold, just within the starting price limit the system has set. If it drifts much further, there will be no bet. Not much interest on Interbet, only R100 bet so far...

10 mins to the off, and there's been a bit off money for it now, over R12000 bet. Price still 16/10 on tabgold. The suspense is killing me...

7 mins to off and it's drifted out to 2/1, which means no bet. So it looks like I'm going to be an interested spectator again...

Today the system likes CONFABULATE at Turffontein should the starting price be less or equal to 4.33 to 1 on tabgold's website. At the moment it's 22/10 where it's been drifting from a morning start of 18/10. I hope that's not a bad sign. Not too much early interest either on Interbet, only R100 bet on it so far. I'll be watching the price movements until the off....

I've just had a look at the daily thread for the Turffontein meeting on ABC and no one has given my fancy a mention.... Is that a good sign or a bad sign?
