Who makes the decision to race or not ?

SA Racing reminds me of a small company i worked for for a short while.Most of the workers had their hand in the cookie jar and they would pat each other on the back each morning.Anyone doing an honest days job was ostracisced
Safe to say the co shut shop and they all still puzzling

Bottom line is that I was trying to help and that the meeting never took place.....

And maybe Rockspider could also have posted EARLIER, instead of a belated post worrying more about when the rain fell instead of the facts.... eg NO RACING !

I know you must have been as upset as anybody .................I thought 2 of yours were blinders (I had a % p6 ticket with your 2 and 4 fields)
the third could have easily have given you a triple!

There was clearly no racing ,but it would appear that whether it should have been abandoned is debatable...............that must be a bit worrying to the trainers?
