Best bet by far for me (and that was before the stable mate was taken out) is Semra in the 5th - MR for some reason has dropped from 91 to 78 :ohmy: and ran less than 5 lengths behind Athina as a maiden - huge chance at these weights imo

Think I must have woken up with someone else's head on today cos I can't see any idiots... not even that, I am struggling with anything at all at a price.

Anyway, not saying the following will win but in one way or other they all look likely to be thereabouts and to have...

Must have a decent chance in a very poor field Mr H but no way I would back it as a single, relying on improvement coming as the third may have been 7l back but next time out was over 7l adrift of Jimmijagga who is certainly no superstar! in fact the only bet I have done in the race is the one you mentioned, Ganaticus without the top two in the market

Having watched the replay quite a few times of the Splendid Garden race, Oscar's horse Ganicus was the most impressive for me.

In agreement with Mr. H on Astro, Penitent Pirate is good value and the stable had a few winners recently. Astro may have gone too fast on debut, but he did empty out and that must be a concern. Second favourite Out My Way may need the run, if not, will go very close to winning. That leaves me with Pentitent Pirate, certainly no super star but neither is anything else in the field.
