This is a very poor card.
In the Kenilworth line up Races 2 & 3 ,which involve the Bipot,PA and P6 ,these two maidens consist of 19 runners,which due to scratchings have been reduced to 16 runners.
Of these 16,8 are having their first run.leaving 4 in each race with any kind of form.
In R2 Betting World rate Heartland as favourite at Odds On and it has never seen a race course!
In R3 we also have an odds on favourite called Master's Eye that at least has had a race!.
Sometime ago a certain Mr Graham Hawkins when interviewed on TT stated that these type of races should be avoided in the exotics when cards are drawn up.
Here we have two affecting Bipot,PA and Pick 6.
At this time of the year ,each year,Western Cape battle to get meetinsgs run and when they do get a chance they present poor cards like this.
