Maintenance of many things in Cape Town is very poor
At Milnerton Training Centre the officials have to stand in the rain and mark passports
that get wet They have been complaining of a number of years but to no avail
I believe the CT trainers do so well in KZN is because they train on the WORST tracks in the RSA
