I have been trying since yesterday to deposit money into my account via credit card but have been unable to do so. Spoke to my bank and they confirm there is no issue on their side. Phoned Hollywood and got transferred to 3 different people before having the phone put down on me...

I have supported Hollywood as I believe they try to provide customer service........HOWEVER, does anybody believe they are a better option since their 24/7 overseas service.
Certainly not me!!!!
To be honest they are just trying to do too much ,BADLY.

Yesterday I had to take S/P about a horse that was showing a price?????
Today I had to take S/P about a horse again.

Sorry,not good enough ..............used my overseas facilities!

Made a deposit on Sunday; has still not been applied to my account and I did the EFT online "deposit slip" confirmation, as well as sent you a message to say that I had made a deposit and why has it not been applied to my account...

Sort this out please; very frustrating...
