Stayed on very nicely, third horse miles back. Huge triple crown chance, surely.

Must admit I thought it was funny that when Wesley thanked Laff for announcing the Preakness result at 2pm to South Africa , that he actually made it sound like he didn't know the result lol

Should spend more time on ABC and less time on TT
Lol
Getting back to horse a massive task to win these 3 races considering the break between them and the travel
All the best for another race horse fairy story
Hope the final leg does not clash with Ngong or a match race in Sweden ??

Seemingly the Champ is a doubtful starter if not allowed to wear his nasal strip

I was trying to highlight Affirmed being the last Triple Crown Winner :). Interestingly Affirmed beat a horse name, Alydar, in all three legs and in the last leg, the Belmont by a shorthead. In the same year 1978, Seattle Slew and Affirmed raced against each other, the first time two Triple Crown winners met with Seattle Slew winning easily by almost 3 lengths, all this happening in the year I was botn. Affirmed went on to win 22 races in his career and went to stud, Seattle Slew, became a top sire, and Aldyar went to stud has a sire, but unfortunately was put down to claim an insurance fraud scam in 1990. Nearly any top thoroughbred, in USA, England, Ireland, France, Australasia, Japan you can find on wikipedia. Dont leave out Italy has they get a mention too, with Nearco and if I thought he was good Ribot was even better. This breeder, Federico Tesio, of Italy was a legend. I hope we can get our top thoroughbreds into wikipedia so we can reminisce about the past.

Mr Martin's mother is in a wheelchair. They took her to the Kentucky Derby and apparently had a very difficult time of it. That's why they chose not to attend the Preakness. I think that's fair enough.
