Hi Clanners, I have forwarded this all onto the developers. It has not been a good week for us, and we understand you frustration. It seems with us trying to better our systems and improve our service, we have begun experiencing unexpected glitches and bugs. We take heed of everyone's comments and we are trying to get back to a situation where everything runs smoothly. Definitely not the service of the best bookmaker in South Africa, but I can assure you once we get it right, things will be better. We appreciate your patience during this time.

Whilst I commend dev on his efforts this Hollywood is costing me lots of money tried putting 500 wins on touch the sky but just kept on refusing to take bet. Y is it we neva hear complaints about all these other bookies

agree with you mr p, pick 6 paying very well and I would have still been in easily but i could not get a bet on because of the mobi and webiste

have not placed a bet for 4 days... try get one on now...same shyte !! View confirmed bets...BUT balance stays the same... two or three iterations...then the bet goes through... {tosses in towel} .. have not died from not following racing for a week, will not die today.

Other than Hollywood, who else responds to customer's complaints? Good companies, strangely, want to encourage their customers to complain so that they can get better. Poor companies only expect compliments.
Have a back up bookmaker/option when these things happen.

Hollywood is all good with me... just checked my balance and it is listed as a negative value, called in and was advised to wait a few hours as their IT department would need to deal with it. Now I wait, hope it gets sorted before the cricket later.
Explains yesterday after reading the above, could not get on the Cheetahs XV (-21) for the Vodacom cup game due to the site hitting me with "Price Changed, please submit again". Tried for ten minutes, the price never changed but was met with the same message. Really hope the IT guys have a magic stick to tame the gremlins.

Also have a negative balance ,which is impossible!Sent a email on Thursday they said they would get back to me,still waiting;!!

Methinks there IT department is amateur hour ...... releasing things into the live environment without thorough user acceptance testing. I assume they have some sort of QA environment for ironing out bugs and end to end testing :X

Hollywood is becoming terrible the problem is still there.
I made a dep this morning and my account is not yet credited and I emailed them and they don't reply I am getting worried are they busy closing down or what is going on. Dev must really go and stand on top of the guys they are paying well. We are losing out here and I make a request to Dev and I hope all agree when they sort this out Hollywood should credit our Accounts With R100 because they made us suffer and put the stress levels up.
So they must prove to us they really care about they customers and do that for us and I hope that this problem will go away today because I don't have energy for the local tote or opening an account with another bookmaker. So Dev prove to us how good you are in making things happen because I am starting to get frustrated and remember not all have laptops to punt unless hollywood will buy the guys laptops who doesn't have so when this problem starts again we won't complain and add in 3G cards aswell.
