Ratings mean absolutely nothing in racing........IC was 3kg's out at WFA but ran out an easy winner......

Amazing. I haven't seen a speed biased track like Mauritius in a long while. All you have to do is get to the front. It has been the case now for the last 4 or 5 meetings I have watched spanning back to last season.

I backed the last 2 drawn 1 , but both had form and the shortish distance makes the draw important.
That said, the course is running quick.

Funny you should mention Tim, apparently the track is soft. Even last week when they had loads of rain, the track had a speed bias. I guess with it being such a short straight it naturally favors speed horses. I think you will find mostly the horses that are bought from SA are proven handy types.
Still, it is such a bias, I find it hard to believe to be honest!
