Hi spoke to my lawyer this morning about this matter because I want to be clear about it
he said
1) if you have not made a payment toward the debt for 3 years and
2) they must get court summons
they can phone as many times as they like if they do not take legal action re above and you did not make any payments the debt will not be collect able after 3 years
