I feel sorry for my mucker Engles..
He is a big cricket fan and actually goes to watch England and also supports Man United, who he rarely goes to watch.
He must be as miserable as Moyes at the moment.

dave its all very well giving moyes time, but the performance yesterday was so poor it was unbelievable.iv supported man utd since the late 70s and we utd fans had to take it while liverpool were dominating english football.no problem with that because the wheel turns and our time came and we really dominated english football for more than 2 decades and it would appear as if the wheel has turned again in favour of our noisy neighbours, but that doesnt mean we cant still play attractive attacking football, but unfortunately mr moyes has inherited a squad who lacks class barring 2 or 3 players.coupled with that mr moyes is too negetive in his approach and made many mistakes in his 1st season in charge of one of the biggest clubs in the world.
the one thing mr moyes can count on is the support of man utd fans and we will give him a chance to rebuild the team and then we can judge him.i for one would not write off man utd just yet and even tho our performances are piss poor, and its costing me money,im glad to be a man utd supporter and looking forward to when we start dominating again.

Guys why do we hear he inherited a poor squad , Fergie did very well with the same squad , he just does not seem to be able to decide who he wants to play and where to play these players....lack of self belief running right through the team..

Winzip, with your current owners and the ammount of money your rivals are willing to spend,I can't see United dominating again.
The youth players are not coming through like before. When you think back to that youth team of Giggs,Beckham,Scholes,The Neville's and so on,
they were an outstanding group of players. That just won't happen in today's game.
The Glazers won't spend enough to make you dominant again.

Len it was Fergies experience as a manager that won United the title last season, the team has been on a downward scale for the last 3 to 4 years. No team will ever dominate the English game like United have over the 20 odd years.

United as the flower says cannie compete with the likes of City in the transfer market.

I don't think Olympiakos are pushovers and Manures will appear lucky to get a draw in Greece. Will be interesting as it appears Moyes is aiming high and it won't be a surprise to see the Manures in the quarter finals.

Greg i agree but the players were out on the field not Fergie ,imo the current young players in the squad have zero confidence and this is his biggest challenge going forward if you cannot match the spenders.
