I had a nice double with Headstrong.......i cannot believe that ride either........i wonder what Mr Adams is thinking about his investment in the yard??? If it was me, my horses would have moved......the stats speak for themselves

Maybe the stable should try a change of jockey, honestly and with no disrespect, but I don't think F. Anthony rates amongst the better ones

Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

to be fair headstrong was drawn wide and does not have the gate speed i think blaming the jockey for what should have been an obvious risk is unfair

I remember Mr Ferraris(i think it was him) saying one day is that all he wanted from a Jockey was to place a horse correctly and the horse would do the rest

Tough race, but I'm going to row in with Stride Out.
Played the treble :-
Bush Ranger X Stride Our X Sir Duke
See the latter is nominated for a Grade 3 feature, so I'm assuming he needs to win today to qualify - sort of dippy logic.

Race 4:
Crawford is very confident about 2 Stride Out but 10 Rodeo Magic and jockey Anthony should give it a real run.
1 Mystical Moon could be a threat but only if she goes to the front whilst Sylvie could still be a runner even from the poor draw.
Roughies???? Unlikely however 11 Touch the Moon could be better than its current form.

My thought were that this was a field race in the p6, so anyone on the favourite can stand in the Q...

Crawfords.
Data Controller – Will need the experience
Independence - nice colt , has a wide draw to overcome you can expect to see him running on
Elysian Valley - She made good improvment last start , her work has been good and im expecting a good run today
Stride Out - great last run from a wide draw, she is drawn well today and is in good form , has a big chance
Zacharias- A very honest filly, she has not run for a while but is in good form , being a plate race she is not well handicapped but you can expect a good run include in larger perms
