yes they do/did but they have changed them, i believe they had to as this was clearly an unfair situation and forcing a punter into a completely different bet could never be justified.

You are right, I have not been in a UK bookmakers in years! which is why I "happily" back-tracked!

But, I would say that is ok Easy, as you are not being treated as a loser. In SA, you don't get the automatic refund, you get it only if you would have won, ie in your example 2 or 3 would have to win for you to get another 20 back but you would immediately lose on the other that doesn't win. As I say, a lose bet with no chance of winning.
