Oh my word, those baby faces! I can't imagine pitching those two cute li'l kids into the rough world of racing, let alone imagine they would succeed.

I saw Felix's first ever winner in a horserace. Trivia: does anybody know where the race was and the horse's name?

Kentford in the Clairwood Winter Handicap (1975 ) was his 1st feature winner evidently it was a pick up ride as Harold Taylor who was meant to ride the horse was stood down ..not sure his first ever winner

Clue: he regarded the horse he won on as the top 3 fastest horses he has ever ridden.

Felix goes in to hospital for a hip replacement operation tomorrow. His future in race riding is therefore up in the air.
